Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and **safety**-first warehouse environment.
- Follow all company **safety** protocols and guidelines.
- Wear and use appropriate **PPE** at all times.
- Perform **lifting** and movement of products as directed.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Support overall **logistics** and shipping operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Process outbound shipments and prepare necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to **lift** and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of warehouse **safety** procedures and **PPE**.
- Basic understanding of **logistics** and inventory management.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Capacity to perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
