Regular Lifting of boxes and packages is a key part of this role. The use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times. Our commitment to a safe work environment is a top priority, and we provide training on all Safety protocols. This is an excellent entry point into the exciting world of Logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
- Contribute to team efforts and collaborate with colleagues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Safety practices.
- Willingness to work in a team environment.
- Familiarity with PPE usage.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Understanding of Logistics principles is beneficial.
