Job Purpose and Impact The Senior Security Consultant specializes in designing innovative cybersecurity solutions tailored to meet complex and unique business requirements, going beyond standard design patterns. This role is perfect for someone who can thrive in ambiguous situations, engage thoroughly with stakeholders, and creatively employ existing security capabilities to address emerging challenges. Key Accountabilities Cyber Security Strategy & Solutions:
Develop comprehensive cybersecurity strategies aligned with organizational objectives to safeguard digital assets. Lead the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of high-quality solutions by leveraging existing security capabilities or creating new ones. Technical Solution:
Rapidly develop and test technology solutions on digital platforms, ensuring proper implementation and compliance with policies and standards. Identify compliance gaps, determine root causes, and recommend improvement options. Cost Evaluation:
Assess total cost of ownership and return on investment for complex information technology platforms and systems to support architectural decision-making. Service Advisory:
Offer consultation and strategic recommendations to business leaders for a medium to large portfolio of architecture services. Capability Awareness:
Maintain an in-depth understanding of InfoSec's service catalog and operating model to effectively leverage internal capabilities. Collaboration:
Foster collaboration across the broader technology organization, business units, product teams, and cross-functional partners to gather requirements, set priorities, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. Documentation & Communication:
Clearly articulate solution designs, trade-offs, and implementation plans to both technical and non-technical audiences. Security Policy:
Define the implementation of corporate security policies and industry best practices to ensure compliance and safeguard organizational assets.
