Channel Director – E-commerce We’re looking for a commercially minded
Channel Director – E-commerce
to take ownership of D2C growth for a high-growth health & wellness brand. You’ll set and deliver the commercial strategy across Shopify, social commerce, and fast-emerging marketplaces – while leading a team of 4 and working closely with creative, brand, and performance marketing teams.
This hands‑on leadership role balances operational detail with strategic thinking. It requires an entrepreneurial mindset, hands‑on problem solving, data-driven decision making and the ability to flex between trading, creative campaigns, and longer‑term growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Own commercial performance across all Amazon channels, mainly focused on Seller.
Deliver sustainable sales and profitability targets while keeping the brand ahead of competitors.
Lead, coach, and grow a cross‑functional team across trading, performance media, and social commerce.
Collaborate closely with creative and brand teams to launch products and shape campaigns that convert.
Bring operational excellence in forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.
Manage external partners and marketplace relationships, driving growth in up & coming social channels.
Play a senior leadership role in e‑commerce, developing talent and championing cross‑functional collaboration.
Qualifications
A proven track record leading across all Amazon business, ideally with strong Seller experience.
Commercially sharp and highly data‑driven, with a hands‑on approach to problem solving and decision making.
Background in multi‑SKU consumer categories with the ability to manage breadth and complexity at scale.
A collaborative and low‑ego leader who thrives in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments.
Equally comfortable setting commercial strategy and shaping creative campaigns, working closely with brand and design teams.
Experienced in building, coaching, and developing high‑performing teams.
Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior level.
A natural preference for in‑office collaboration (Hybrid Working), bringing pace, energy, and alignment to teams.
