Senior Telesales Executive role available working for a large parcel home delivery business based in Leeds with 2 days in the office in Leeds and 3 days working from home Your purpose : Working in the Network Sales Telesales team, your primary responsibility will be to achieve your individual sales targets for volume and revenue through a mixture of phone and video calling with SME sized opportunities up to 75k shipments per year. You will be responsible for generating your own leads and developing a pipeline to convert into new clients within a defined area. You will be accountable for: - Identifying and developing a personal prospect pipeline of sufficient quality and quantity to deliver against monthly, quarterly and annual volume and revenue targets as set by the business - Meeting all set KPI's and achieving productivity targets - Managing and recording sales activity and sales process through the CRM System - Onboarding new clients in a timely manner to meet projected go-live dates. - Ensuring all new clients have a full understanding of our clients Customer Service processes and have all the tools and contacts required to self-serve across all areas of the business - Monitoring the performance of new clients to ensure they trade to profile across all products and services within 4 weeks of go-live. - New clients are ready to handover over within 6 weeks of trading - Resolving escalations and account queries - Working with local operations team To be successful in this role you will require the following : - 2 years of exceeding targets in a Telesales role - An excellent understanding of e-Commerce and the SME marketplace - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Professional and IT literature with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Organised, proactive, energetic, hungry to succeed - Creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution - Able to forge relationships with the internal stakeholders - Customer focused and has excellent communication skills - Able to constructively challenge a diverse range of stakeholders Salary £30,000 plus circa £15,000 commission and other excellent benefits
