Job Overview: We're looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to drive paid-media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, and emerging channels. You'll harness AI tools for keyword research, smart bidding, creative testing, and automated reporting; build dashboards, analyse performance data, and surface insights that lift ROI; and partner closely with cross-functional teams and clients to achieve measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Manage PPC and paid media campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and more.
- Conduct keyword research and expand our reach.
- Craft compelling ad copies aligned with key messaging.
- Address client queries and update campaigns promptly.
Account Management:
- Take full ownership of campaign performance.
- Optimize campaigns by analyzing data and testing hypotheses.
- Deliver detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
- Conduct competitive analysis and explore new growth opportunities.
Ads Operations:
- Set up and manage accounts and analytics on platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Utilize tools like Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel for efficient tracking.
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards using Google Looker Studio and SuperMetrics.
- Ensure seamless data integration between CRM systems and marketing platforms using Zapier.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize conversion goals and retargeting efforts.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with project managers, account teams, and other stakeholders to craft innovative growth strategies.
- Engage regularly with clients, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital tools and trends to enhance marketing efforts.
AI & Automation:
- Leverage AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude for copy variants, Google Performance Max smart bidding, predictive-analytics platforms) to automate keyword research, budget optimisation, creative testing, and reporting.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and campaign ROI.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 yrs experience digital advertising
- Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4, PPC, SEO, and digital advertising strategies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
