We're looking for a motivated and skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team
This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in Montreal. If you're a Senior bilingual (English/French) Project Manager and passionate about driving results and fostering teamwork, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of NetSuite implementation projects, including scoping, resource allocation, scheduling, and budget management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and document business requirements, assess project risks, and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and timelines, and ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions to establish project governance, roles and responsibilities, and communication protocols.
  • Manage project resources, including internal project teams, consultants, and third-party vendors, to ensure optimal utilization and productivity.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones and deliverables, and identify and mitigate risks and issues to keep projects on track and within budget.
  • Conduct regular status meetings, steering committee meetings, and executive updates to provide visibility into project health, progress, and next steps.
  • Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, training, and communication, to ensure successful adoption of NetSuite solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards, and continuously seek opportunities for process improvement.
  • Drive post-implementation reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture feedback, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
  • Location: Montreal-based candidates only (remote position).
  • Languages: Bilingual (English & French).
  • Experience: 5+ years in project management, with a proven track record in planning, communication, and delivery.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
