Qualifications
A minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognized/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post‑related experience. Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate’s particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to DX, that is, at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post.
Minimum 7+ years of experience leading large‑scale ERP implementations, with proven ability to design ERP solutions that align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.
Experience with Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or similar methodologies for iterative delivery.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) strongly preferred.
Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert or equivalent.

Responsibilities
Designing and developing ERP solution architecture, including integration strategies for external systems.
Overseeing the project’s execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance, using agile ways of working such as the Scrum framework.
Acting as the bridge between business and IT, leading workshops and facilitating communication among different teams.
