*Your Role as a Lead LVT*
In this leadership role, you’ll have the autonomy and support to:
* *Mentor and train* Veterinary Technicians and Assistants while building a strong, positive team culture.
* *Lead workflow management* across surgery and outpatient care.
* *Shape hospital protocols and SOPs* for consistency and efficiency.
* *Elevate patient care* through proficiency in anesthesia, surgical prep, and especially *dentals, including dental radiographs*.
* *Be the glue between departments*, ensuring seamless communication across medical and client service teams.
* *Play an active role in leadership training* and building team camaraderie.
You’ll be encouraged to bring your ideas, *build team spirit*, and help shape the culture in meaningful ways, strengthening an already cohesive and grateful team.
*What We’re Looking For*
* Active *LVT license in NY State*
* 4+ years of clinical experience (*open to less experience for the right passionate leader*)
* Strong proficiency in surgery and dentistry
* Natural mentor with a drive to lead and inspire
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
* Passion for continued learning, growth, and high-quality medicine

* *$35–$38/hour* based on experience
* *$2,000 sign-on bonus* (paid after 6 months)
* Full-time schedule: Five 8-hour shifts, with set scheduling and some flexibility
