Nuclear Medicine Technologist ~ Discipline: Allied Health Professional ~ Shift: 8 hours, days ~ Nuclear Medicine Technologist Sign-On Bonus: Yes Shift: 1st Shift Department: Nuclear Medicine Join us as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist , where you’ll perform high-quality diagnostic imaging and therapeutic procedures in accordance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This role includes performing general and cardiac nuclear medicine studies as well as PET scanning , utilizing state-of-the-art imaging technology and working closely with an expert radiology team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to providing the highest level of patient care while contributing to an efficient and collaborative imaging department. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures following established protocols and safety guidelines. Prepare, calculate, and administer radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with regulatory and institutional standards. Operate nuclear medicine and PET/CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports as required for patient care and compliance. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate exam results. Participate in radiation safety and quality assurance activities to maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations. Assist in maintaining department inventory and calibration of nuclear medicine equipment.
