*Job Summary:* We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide speech and language therapy services to clients of all ages with various communication and swallowing disorders. This role is perfect for a skilled professional who is passionate about helping individuals improve their communication abilities and quality of life.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and oral motor disorders in clients.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and client needs.
* Provide therapy sessions to clients in one-on one
* Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
* Educate clients and families on strategies to improve communication skills and manage disorders.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports.
* Stay current with the latest research, techniques, and developments in speech-language pathology.
*Qualifications:*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
* Previous experience in speech therapy, preferably in a clinical or educational setting.
* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Experience working with pediatric populations.
* Bilingual abilities are a plus.
