In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only. Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner Process billing information and collect payments when required Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis Provide superior customer service to all patients Administrative and clerical duties as necessary Travel to additional sites when needed High school diploma or equivalent ~ Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency or previous experience as a phlebotomist is required ~1-2 years phlebotomy experience with all ages preferred ~ Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service ~ Comfortable working under minimal supervision ~ Flexibility to work overtime as needed ~ Labcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer: Labcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
