THE OPPORTUNITY:
As an
Account Manager
, you will play a key role in growing and maintaining our client portfolio. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers — building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring client needs are met from start to finish.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on developing partnerships, driving results, and making a direct impact on company growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts in your territory.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, from on-site operations contacts to senior executives.
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate renewals, and promote additional services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Conduct account reviews to measure results and strengthen long-term partnerships.
What We're Looking For
- Post-secondary education in Business, Construction Management, Agronomy, or any related fields.
- 3+ years of account management experience, ideally in waste management, industrial services, or agriculture.
- Proven ability to develop relationships, close deals, and manage projects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is an asset.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
