Lounge Supervisor

Lead the Lounge Team at Black Rock Oceanfront Resort

Black Rock Oceanfront Resort is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Lounge Supervisor to join our Big Beach Lounge team. Set against Ucluelet's stunning coastline, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading a team, creating memorable guest experiences, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What this role is about:

• Supervising and coaching lounge staff to deliver excellent service
• Supporting day-to-day lounge operations, including opening, closing, and system management
• Guiding beverage programs and helping staff with recommendations and upselling
• Maintaining a welcoming, safe, and polished lounge environment
• Collaborating with Culinary and Front of House teams to ensure top-quality service
• Collecting feedback to continually improve guest and team experiences

Who we're looking for:

• Experienced in hospitality leadership or supervisory roles
• 2+ years serving experience and beverage knowledge
• Serving It Right certified; FoodSafe or hospitality education is an asset
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and manage a fast-paced environment
