About
You will oversee the end-to-end process of ideation, production, editing and optimisation, ensuring content consistently engages audiences and drives commercial growth. Working closely with cross functional teams, you will shape a multi-platform content strategy, guide the development of new formats, and ensure execution aligns with performance goals. A strong understanding of platform behaviours, emerging trends and social storytelling will be essential to success.
This role requires a leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can translate data into actionable insights. You will manage a multidisciplinary team across video production, editing, research and scripting, fostering a culture of creativity, agility and constant improvement.
Responsibilities Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary social media team to deliver high‑quality content at scale across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with data‑driven KPIs and commercial objectives.
Develop and execute a multi‑platform content strategy, shaping emerging formats and growth approaches that engage target audiences.
Use analytics dashboards to transform insights into actionable strategy, optimisation and reporting.
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistent performance measurement.
Qualifications
Strong experience in growing communities and driving views at scale in the context of social content publishing across multiple major platforms
Experience of storytelling via short-form (TikTok, Snap, IG YT Shorts) and Longform (YouTube, etc) is mandatory to drive effective growth
Proven track record driving revenue and engagement through content optimisation
Ability to interpret analytics dashboards and convert insights into strategy
Experience leading creative, production and editorial teams
Highly organised with strong communication and reporting skills
Demonstrated ability to work quickly, reactively and collaboratively
Deep understanding of audience behaviour, digital trends and platform best practices
Management experience is mandatory
Existing direct relationships with the major platforms – TikTok, Snap, Meta, X, YouTube, etc are also a key requirement of this role
