This is a dynamic entry-level marketing position ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build their marketing expertise in a fast-paced, ambitious environment. As Digital Marketing Executive, you'll support the delivery of brand and digital marketing activities, playing a key role in enhancing Wireless Logic's visibility across search engines, AI search tools, and social media platforms. You'll work across SEO, website content and management (including localisation/translations), internal communications, and organic social media. This is a hands‑on, action‑oriented role offering real responsibility from day one. You'll be part of a growing team and will learn how to make a tangible impact through marketing, gaining valuable experience that bridges both strategic thinking and tactical execution. Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of SEO strategies to improve the visibility of Wireless Logic across search engines and AI‑driven discovery tools. Help manage website content updates and optimisation (via CMS), ensuring accurate translations and consistency across regions. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and develop site architecture and user journeys. Social Media & Content
Assist in creating, scheduling, and monitoring organic social media content across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Research and recommend content topics that align with strategic priorities and audience interests. Track performance metrics and extract insights to refine future content and campaigns. Internal Communications
Help coordinate internal communications initiatives, such as newsletters, team updates, and campaign visibility across the organisation. Support cross‑department collaboration to source engaging stories and promote a unified brand voice internally. Insight, Reporting & Improvement
Monitor key performance metrics across digital channels and assist in generating regular performance reports. Use data to identify opportunities and make evidence‑based recommendations for optimisation and improvement. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or business. Demonstrated ability in leveraging digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, social media) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to drive business results. Exceptional content creation skills and a proven editorial mindset. Data‑obsessed and metrics‑driven. Constantly measuring, testing, optimising. Technically credible with hands‑on experience in marketing platforms and data tools. Curious and innovative. Actively exploring new channels, AI tools and digital trends. Strategic and pragmatic. Able to define the long‑term vision while executing c(both directly and through a team) in the short term. Highly collaborative and comfortable influencing cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders. Growth‑minded and resilient, with the ambition and capability to evolve into a broader leadership role. Resilient and resourceful: able to navigate ambiguity and deliver under pressure.
