*Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pediatric Outpatient Clinic*
*Schedule Options:* 2 days/week; Monday–Thursday; Monday–Friday
*Shift:* Daytime
*Position:* Part-Time with quick transition to Full-Time (or immediate Full-Time depending on caseload)
*Pay:* $50–$68 per billable hour, Salary pay if Full-Time
*Start Date:* February preferred (flexible)
*Work Setting:* Outpatient pediatric
*Location:* Keller Clinic _and/or_ new Alliance Clinic (based on clinic needs)
*About the Position*
This role will initially begin as part-time/hourly with the expectation of a quick transition into a full-time caseload. For the right candidate, it is possible to move directly into full-time with full benefits (PTO, health insurance, paid holidays, 401k with employer match, etc.).
We are seeking a therapist who is flexible with clinic location, open to serving either our Keller Clinic, our new Alliance Clinic, or occasionally floating between both as our caseload continues to grow.

*Job Responsibilities*
As a Speech-Language Pathologist at ATC, you will:
* Conduct holistic evaluations, re-evaluations, and individualized treatment sessions.
* Provide training and education to parents/caregivers.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress.
* Maintain accurate and organized documentation and data for each client.
* Create individualized plans of care based on client needs and evidence-based practice.
* Demonstrate strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
* Work with children ages approximately 18 months to 15 years with a variety of diagnoses.
* Follow all professional, state, and federal regulations applicable to the field.
*Qualifications/Education & Experience*
* Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
* Pediatric experience required
* Embraces feedback.
* Strong teamwork skills
* Professional and clear communication
* Ability to contribute positively to our clinic culture
*Licensure & Certifications*
* Current State SLP License (Texas) required
* Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA required
* Current BLS certification required
* Not taking CF candidates at this time
