At Preserve, we seek a Line Cook who embodies the values of a service-focused kitchen.

We are a seasonally driven restaurant in downtown Annapolis, Maryland, and our ideal candidate will execute menu items according to recipes and plating standards, maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and organization throughout prep and service.

This individual must demonstrate solid knife skills and station management, communicate clearly and work efficiently under pressure, and support a respectful, team-oriented kitchen culture.
