Senior Culinary Director

Pensacola Country Club, a historic private country club in Florida, seeks an experienced leader to oversee all culinary operations. This role presents a unique chance to join a member-owned club with a strong culture and commitment to elevated dining experiences.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on professional with a passion for hospitality and culinary excellence. They should possess at least 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in private clubs or high-end resorts. A degree in culinary arts or equivalent professional experience is required, along with a proven track record of financial management, menu development, and team building. ACF-CEC certification is preferred.
