Job Summary:

• The Bread Master will oversee all aspects of bakery operation, ensuring that every item is crafted with precision and care.
• To succeed in this role, one must be self-directed in daily tasks, highly detail-oriented, and possess excellent time/space management skills.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about baking, with a keen eye for quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare all baked goods, including breakfast pastries, breads, cookies, and plated desserts.
• Develop and implement new recipes to enhance the menu and drive sales growth.
• Manage inventory levels, minimizing waste and optimizing efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

Working Conditions:

• The Bread Master will work in a fast-paced environment, lifting/carrying 50# sacks, moving heavy trays of product, and standing for long periods.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a bakery or related field.
• Degree in culinary arts or related field (desired).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
