Culinary Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York.

The successful candidate will assist in training kitchen staff, prepare high-quality food, and maintain health codes and sanitation regulations.

• Prepare food according to portion sizes, quality standards, and departmental guidelines
• Maintain clean and organized workstations, coolers, and equipment
• Implement waste control measures and record all waste on the spoilage sheet
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties, as well as end-of-day inventory

• Read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes, calculate recipe measurements, and maintain a safe working environment
