Event Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Event Sales Manager at Harbor Point. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our restaurant group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound leads, targeting new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning client menus, managing client relations, and creating clear BEOs for execution teams.
  • Collaborating with hotel management to sell F&B offerings to hotel group business guests.
  • Representing our approach with clients, including empathetic service, excellent service mechanics, and in-depth knowledge of our menus, sourcing, and offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in banquet sales for independent restaurant groups or hotels. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to stand for extended periods and proficiency in Tripleseat and Google Suite. A passion for local food sourcing and strong food and beverage knowledge are also highly desirable.
