Host and Service Director

We are seeking a Guest Experience Manager to oversee guest relations and create a welcoming atmosphere.

You will be the primary point of contact for guests, handling reservations, special requests, and any issues that may arise during their visit. Your goal will be to provide personalized service and exceed our guests' expectations.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing the reservation system to optimize table assignments and flow.
• Greeting each guest warmly and maintaining a poised and professional demeanor.
• BUILDING relationships with regular guests and VIPs.
• Leading pre-shift meetings with the host and service teams.
• Handling special requests and private celebrations.
• Acting as a liaison between Dining Room and BOH teams.
• Overseeing the host team and providing guidance and training.
• Addressing and resolving guest concerns or complaints.
• Monitoring the dining room throughout service.
