• Maintain attention to detail and have expansive knowledge of all beverages including spirits, sake, and beer.
• Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively as part of our team enhancing the guest experience.

• Manage wine storage and organization with accuracy.

• 3-5 years' experience in high-volume fine dining or casual fine dining restaurant.
• Deep and diverse wine knowledge and expansive food knowledge.
• Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of our team.
• Foster a culture of learning, curiosity, and exceptional hospitality.
• Certification in CMS, WSET, or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate service POS.
