Cocktail Server

The Fed is a sophisticated cocktail and culinary experience located in a historic landmark building. The venue draws inspiration from its inception with dark wood interiors, hand-tufted rugs, and over 90 curated pieces of local art.

• Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining high standards.
• Serve beverages and food according to established procedures.
• Upsell additional items to guests.
• Respond to guest requests and report their experience to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take orders for beverages and food.
• Set up the lounge and restaurant for evening service.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Complete assigned opening and closing tasks.
• Be flexible to work variable schedule hours and days.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of serving experience in a high-end restaurant establishment.
• Have knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, craft cocktails, and food.
• Use verbal communication to perform job duties and interact with guests.
• Make minor decisions requiring limited judgment, such as task sequencing.
• React professionally and remain calm under pressure when working with high volumes.
