Senior Culinary Manager

As a seasoned chef de cuisine, you will be responsible for leading and developing a talented team of culinarians and stewards, fostering a positive and energized culture that delivers exceptional results.

• Directly manage, train, and develop a staff of skilled professionals to deliver outstanding culinary experiences.
• Develop and maintain a positive, professional, and energized culture that drives employee engagement and retention.
• Oversee all day-to-day culinary operations, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality food presentation.
• Schedule and coordinate daily production and prep work, maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Maintain a strong emphasis on food quality, presentation, and consistency, adhering to established recipes, portioning, and cooking techniques.
• Source and order products in accordance with property procedures, business volume, and food cost guidelines.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of kitchen management experience, preferably in a chef de cuisine role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent culinary knowledge, with a focus on steak and seafood preparation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the last 3 years.
