• Supervise and delegate tasks to team members.

• Work with trainers to train team members, building high-performance teams and minimizing turnover.

• Train new team members using learning checklists and materials.

• Ensure cases and shelves are clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated.

• Open and close the department according to established procedures.

• Maintain awareness of customer flows and needs, directing team members as necessary.

• Foster a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.

• Maintain high standards of retail execution.

• Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel team members.

• Provide timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations.

• Communicate and model our vision and goals consistently.
