As the Head of Kitchen Operations, you will lead and develop our culinary staff, fostering a positive culture that drives employee engagement. You will be responsible for managing kitchen activities, maintaining food quality and presentation consistency, and collaborating with our team to develop innovative menu items.
Key Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Chef de Cuisine role
- Background in Steakhouse/Fine Dining
- Prior upscale restaurant and golf/country club experience
