We are seeking a skilled and welcoming Beverage Service Associate to join our team at The Fed, Boston's most stylish cocktail and culinary experience. As a key member of the Food and Beverage team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that guest service and food and beverage standards are consistently met.

• Greet guests warmly and take orders for beverages and food with precision and attention to detail.
• Set up the lounge and restaurant areas to ensure seamless evening service.
• Serve drinks and food according to established procedures and exceed customer expectations.
• Upsell relevant items to guests to enhance their dining experience.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage tables efficiently to provide exceptional customer service.
2. Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
3. Participate in pre-service preparations as assigned by your manager.
4. Conduct yourself professionally and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in fine dining or high-end restaurants.
• Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, craft cocktails, and food.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
• TIPS certification is required.

Working Conditions:

• Physical demands include standing for extended periods, reaching, grasping, lifting, walking, and squatting.
