- Leading inventory management and ordering processes
- Forecasting production needs and aligning with cooks
- Coordinating with front-of-house on inventory and daily operations
- Directing griddle and fryer stations during service
- Ensuring mise en place, setup/breakdown, and execution meet standards
- Managing tickets and maintaining clear communication across the line while leading expo
- Upholding cleanliness, consistency, and food safety
- Partnering with Chef de Cuisine on daily operations
- Effectively delegating tasks and mentoring team members
- Modeling professionalism and accountability in a fast-paced kitchen
