Senior Restaurant Operations Manager

Pizza By Sal & Buck Russell's seeks a seasoned Floor Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate will lead restaurant operations, provide exceptional hospitality, and cultivate relationships with guests.

This includes:

• Directing and managing guest service operations
• Spearheading and promoting restaurant programs aimed at delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Maintaining and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are consistently delivered
• Executing store opening and closing procedures as scheduled
• Collaborating with the leadership team on ensuring team members are equipped with necessary knowledge and tools to be successful in their assigned roles

Floor Managers must demonstrate the ability to direct teams to achieve operational efficiency.

An effective Floor Manager drives operational excellence through innovative solutions, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
