Fine Dining Experience Server

We are seeking a highly skilled Server to join our team and provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

• Greet each guest warmly and take their beverage/food orders with precision and attentiveness.
• Set up the lounge/restaurant in preparation for evening cocktail and dinner service, ensuring that every detail is meticulously attended to.
• Deliver beverages/food per established standard procedures, consistently exceeding guest expectations.
• Upsell additional items to all guests, leveraging knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, craft cocktails, and food to enhance their experience.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and report their feedback to management, utilizing open communication channels to ensure seamless execution.

About the Role

• 2+ years of serving experience in a high-end/fine dining restaurant establishment is required.
• A deep understanding of beverage and culinary offerings, including knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, craft cocktails, and food, is essential.
• The ability to effectively communicate with guests, making recommendations and answering questions, is critical to success in this role.
• Making minor decisions requiring limited judgment, such as task sequencing, is an important aspect of this position.
• In the absence of specific directions, the ability to make general decisions, such as prioritizing workload and recognizing when not to serve intoxicated guests, is also required.

The Ideal Candidate

• Must be able to stand for extended periods, reach, grasp, lift/carry up to 30 pounds, walk, squat/bend, and push/pull.
