• The successful candidate will prepare menu items, including seasonal specials, in line with LPQ quality standards.
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization is essential.
• Supporting the Kitchen Manager with food preparation and inventory management is a key responsibility.

Key Performance Indicators include adhering to quality control checks and following safety procedures at all times.

• Related restaurant experience of 1-3 months or equivalent training is a must.
• Prior experience handling knives is highly desirable.
• A flexible schedule is preferred but not required.
