Job Title: Compensation Manager

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Manager to join our team.

  • Manage compensation process in timely and accurate manner
  • Review pay sheets for accuracy
  • Communicate with HR, Finance Departments, and Property Leaders
Main Responsibilities:
  • Compensation preparation and statutory reporting
  • Human Resources information processing
  • Vacation entitlements and accruals tracking
  • Labor reports and overtime verification
  • Weekly check distribution and off-cycle checks
Key Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Paycom or similar HRIS platform
  • Attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Knowledge of POS Sales Report generation and Tip Disbursement
  • Local, State, and Federal Labor Laws and regulations
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Associates degree in Accounting or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years experience in managing payroll, human resources, accounts payable, or related accounting roles
