Head Baker Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Head Baker to lead our team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in bagel-making, bread baking, and fermentation techniques.

• Oversee daily production to ensure quality and efficiency.


• Lead and train a team of bakers and support staff to maintain high standards for product consistency, texture, and flavor.


• Manage production schedules, inventory, and ingredient ordering to optimize workflow.


• Work closely with management to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings that meet customer demands.


• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.


• Maintain and troubleshoot baking equipment as needed to minimize downtime.

• Minimum 3 years of professional baking experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.


• Strong expertise in artisanal baking techniques and premium ingredients.


• Ability to manage high-volume production without compromising quality or efficiency.


• Leadership skills with a collaborative and hands-on approach to motivate team members.


• Experience in scheduling, inventory management, and cost control.


• Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as needed.


• ServSafe or food handler certification preferred but not required.
