Business Operations Manager

This is a managerial position that oversees all operational aspects of the business.

• Fundamental to this role is ensuring food quality and consistency.
• The candidate must be able to manage labor, inventory, and cost controls effectively.

Key responsibilities include daily operations, leadership, food quality, inventory management, labor scheduling, training, safety, compliance, and administration.

To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in BOH management and a strong understanding of prep workflows, pastry operations, and production scheduling.
