- Prepare, cook, and present dishes following recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization, including ingredient and supply storage.
- Monitor inventory levels to minimize food waste and assist with stock rotation.
- Follow all food safety guidelines for a safe working environment.
- Assist with receiving deliveries to ensure products are received properly.
- Support other kitchen staff as needed during peak service hours.
- Communicate any issues regarding food quality, safety, or equipment to the Kitchen Lead or Executive Chef.
