Job Overview:
This is an exciting part-time Baker Production Lead opportunity in a fast-paced dessert café. As a key team member, you will be responsible for managing morning baking, prep, and production with accuracy and consistency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the morning baking and prep process to ensure timely completion.
- Execute standardized recipes and production systems with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Operate and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring optimal performance and cleanliness.
- Prepare daily items, including doughs, batters, bases, and toppings, to meet high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older due to equipment operation requirements.
- Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- ServSafe certification preferred, but not required.
