Job Title: Front of House Operations Leader
Job Description:As a highly motivated and experienced front-of-house operations leader, you will be responsible for overseeing floor operations to ensure exceptional guest service. This role involves leading by example, inspiring the best in your team, and collaborating with the kitchen team and management on feedback and performance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead floor operations and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and ambiance.
- Coach and support front-of-house team members during service, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings, communicate 86'd items and specials, and ensure seamless execution.
- Assist with inventory management, POS updates, and daily logs to maintain operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hospitality experience, including leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong service knowledge, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable using POS systems, digital tools, and Google Sheets to manage data and drive results.
- Food Handler Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain) is required for this position.
