Professional, from-scratch kitchen experience
Sense of urgency
Organization
Punctuality
Attention to detail
Own knives/tools
Ability to work as a a team w/ like-minded individuals.
Experience with bread and pasta-making a plus.
This is a full-time position. 45-50 hours/wk.
