The Grill on 21 is a modern American grill located in the heart of Chicago's financial district. We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team.
This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that food quality and presentation meet the highest standards. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and train staff, and have a strong understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen workflow.
- Minimum 2 years of back-of-house supervisory experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, coach, and support kitchen staff.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
