Hospitality Team Member

We are seeking a Service Ambassador to join our team. As a Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and seating guests in a timely manner.
• Answer telephones and take orders, messages, and reservations in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work a variety of hours, days, and shifts, including weekends, to meet the needs of our guests.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by moving chairs, tables, highchairs, and booster seats safely and efficiently.
• Operate necessary tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Communicate in English to perform and follow job requirements.
• Multitask calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Work in a confined, crowded space with variable noise and temperature levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exceed guest expectations by anticipating their needs and providing personalized service.
• Greet guests with a warm, sincere smile and maintain a positive attitude throughout their visit.
• Use tact and good judgment when dealing with guest challenges or complaints.
• Assist with clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables and maintaining restrooms to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
• Sell gift cards accurately and efficiently.
• Answer telephones and take orders, messages, and reservations in a prompt and professional manner.
• Follow all steps of service to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Understand and respond to questions about the restaurant and menu in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Successfully complete alcohol awareness training to provide responsible service.
• Follow rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
• Develop strong relationships with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team environment.
