Lead Kitchen Professional

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you'll be responsible for managing hourly staff and assisting with day-to-day operations.

As a Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen, including production, prep, stewarding, purchasing and receiving.

You'll also have the chance to develop your leadership skills by training line cooks to create menu items following established recipes.

We're looking for someone who is a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire a cohesive team while working calmly under pressure.
