• Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare food items according to production sheets.
• Ensure quality and consistency by preparing food items according to recipe.
• Label, date, cover, monitor, and rotate prepared items.
• Monitor food levels and replenish in a timely manner.
• Arrive on time, groomed, dressed, and ready to work; attend required trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service, address needs promptly, and model suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximize sales potential through proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product.
• Follow established procedures, including health and sanitation, and safe work practices.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment; maintain equipment according to standards.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned; ensure accuracy of signs and pricing.
• Report safety hazards and violations immediately.

• Thorough knowledge of food products.
• Ability to follow a recipe.
• Good understanding of food production and fundamental cooking techniques.
• Good basic math skills.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Deliver information clearly and respectfully to Team Members, customers, and vendors.
