Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team leader to oversee daily operations, ensuring profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects are executed effectively.

  • Lead and develop team members, promoting their growth and well-being.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive company image at all times.

Key Objectives:
  • Develop and implement creative store layouts and product merchandising strategies.

  • Work closely with the team leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.

  • Analyze sales reports, labor data, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.

  • Assist in preparing annual sales and expense projections, as well as budget planning.

  • Manage inventory and ordering processes effectively.

  • Address team concerns and issues promptly, fostering a positive work environment.

  • Take on leadership roles and responsibilities in the absence of the team leader.

  • Maintain high standards of retail execution, driving business results and excellence.

  • Cultivate a culture of outstanding teamwork, respect, and exceptional morale.

  • Monitor customer flows and needs, directing team members accordingly to deliver exceptional experiences.

  • Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel team members to sustain high-performance teams and minimize turnover.

  • Communicate and enforce team member safety and security standards, providing timely performance evaluations.

  • Consistently embody and promote our organization's vision and goals.

The compensation range for this role is $20.05-$35.00 Hourly, commensurate with experience.
