Collaborate with the team leader to oversee daily operations, ensuring profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects are executed effectively.
Lead and develop team members, promoting their growth and well-being.
Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive company image at all times.
Develop and implement creative store layouts and product merchandising strategies.
Work closely with the team leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
Analyze sales reports, labor data, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.
Assist in preparing annual sales and expense projections, as well as budget planning.
Manage inventory and ordering processes effectively.
Address team concerns and issues promptly, fostering a positive work environment.
Take on leadership roles and responsibilities in the absence of the team leader.
Maintain high standards of retail execution, driving business results and excellence.
Cultivate a culture of outstanding teamwork, respect, and exceptional morale.
Monitor customer flows and needs, directing team members accordingly to deliver exceptional experiences.
Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel team members to sustain high-performance teams and minimize turnover.
Communicate and enforce team member safety and security standards, providing timely performance evaluations.
