Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and delegate tasks to produce team members ensuring seamless departmental operations.
• Develop and implement training programs to build and sustain high-performance teams, minimizing turnover.
• Collaborate with produce trainers to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Ensure all cases and shelves are clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated to maintain exceptional retail execution standards.
• Open and close the department according to established procedures to ensure efficient store operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members, fostering a positive work environment characterized by outstanding teamwork and mutual respect.
• Monitor customer flows and needs, directing team members as necessary to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel team members to create a cohesive and productive team.
