We are seeking an accomplished Artisan to join our team as a Bread Craftsman. As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for crafting and baking bread in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial bread production.
• Demonstrated expertise in mixing dough, managing fermentation, scaling, shaping, baking, and completing duties on schedule.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-driven setting.
• A valid Food Handler certificate and the physical stamina to frequently lift up to 50 pounds or more.
