Culinary Professional

We are seeking a skilled culinary professional to join our team in the kitchen.

• Preparation and Cooking: Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to high standards using written recipes and mise-en-place sheets as guides.
• Cooking Staff Meal: Assist in cooking staff meal on a rotating basis ensuring delicious and nutritious food for colleagues.
• Kitchen Organization: Organize ingredients and maintain a clean, organized kitchen station throughout each shift.

• Prior Experience: Prior experience working in a professional kitchen with knowledge of cooking techniques, safe knife usage, and proper cooling/storing methods for raw and cooked ingredients.
• Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a small team. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and members of the public in an open kitchen environment.
• Pressure Management: Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
