• Assist in daily store operations, including profitability, expense management, merchandising, labor compliance, and regulatory requirements.


• Lead and develop Team Members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.


• Ensure exceptional customer service by providing courteous interactions with customers and Team Members.

• At least 18 months retail experience as a Team Member and 6+ months of supervisory experience.


• Lift up to 50 pounds.


• Stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday.


• Ability to work in various conditions, including wet and dry environments.


• Operate tools and equipment, including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
