• Store Operations: Develops and maintains creative store layouts and product merchandising strategies. 
• Sales and Purchasing: Works with leadership to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets. 
• Analysis and Planning: Assists leadership in analyzing sales reports, identifying trends, and projecting future sales and expenses. 
• Inventory Management: Assists leadership with ordering and inventory management. 
• Team Leadership: Functions as point person and departmental leader in absence of leadership.
